Nature is not served by rigid laws, but by rhythmical, reciprocal processes. Nature uses none of the preconditions of the chemist or the physicist for the purposes of evolution. Nature excludes all fire, on principle, for purposes of growth; therefore all contemporary machines are unnatural and constructed according to false premises. Nature avails herself of the biodynamic form of motion through which the biological prerequisite for the emergence of life is provided. Its purpose is to ur-procreate 'higher' conditions of matter out of the originally inferior raw materials, which afford the evolutionally older, or the numerically greater rising generation, the possibility of a constant capacity to evolve, for without any growing and increasing reserves of energy there would be no evolution or development. This results first and foremost in the collapse of the so-called Law of the Conservation of Energy, and in further consequence the Law of Gravity, and all other dogmatic lose any rational or practical basis.

The length of the secondary coil B or of each secondary coil when two are used as in Fig. 3, is, as before stated, approximately one-quarter of the wave length of the electrical disturbance in the seondary circuit, based on the velocity of propagation of the electrical disturbance through the coil itself and the circuit with which it is designed to be used -- that is to say, if the rate at which a current transverses the circuit, including the coil, be one hundred and eighty-five thousand miles per second, then a frequency of nine hundred and twenty-five per second would maintain five stationary waves in a circuit one hundred and eighty-five thousand miles long, and each wave length would be two hundred miles in length. For such a frequency I should use a secondary fifity miles in length, so that at one terminal the potential would be zero and at the other maximum.

It is self-evident that all motion springs from rest and returns to rest for eternal repitention in sequences which we call electric frequencies. It is also self-evident that all motion springs from out of the dark in divided pairs and multiplies their gaseous beginnings into dense bodies of incandescent suns, then disappears into the dark through the gasses of themselves.
WHERE and WHAT is this invisible dark from which the light of motion apears, and into which it disappears? Is not this the supreme question of all the ages? Can there be any other answer to that question than the fact taht Creation emerges from its Creator?
The greates thinkers in science have repeatedly said that matter emerges from space and is swallowed up by space in some unknown and mysterious manner. The word space is rather a casual word, for space is not an expanse of something outside of matter. It is as omnipresent within matter as it is without, and it is in control of matter from within as well as from without.
Future generations of enlightened men will cease thinking of this electric universe as being matter and substance. They will know it for what it is, which is motion only. When the idea of substance has passed out of our thinking, and simulation of substance by motion will have taken its place, mankind will then comprehend his Mind-unity with the Universal Mind. And he will know his body for what it is-merely an instrument for creating form-images of Mind-Thinking.

When electrical experts can construct a mechanical device whereby the low vibratory conditions of the sub-dominant can be assimilated to the harmonic undulatory, by thirds, they will be able to run their dynamos without extraneous appliances. An introductory impulse, on a certain order of vibration, being all that would be required to give the sub-dominant a concordant relation to the dominant; which would more effectively operate the dynamo than any number of steam-engines; allowing the harmonic stream to be the governor. This concordance, as towards the dominant, would only excite its sympathetic action in a way that would divert the ruling conditions of the two, without being submitted to the destructive effects of the dominant current.

The first class of effects I intend to show you are effects produced by electrostatic force. It is the force which governs the motion of the atoms, which causes them to collide and develop the life sustaining energy of heat and light, and which causes them to aggregate in an infinite variety of ways, according to Nature-s fanciful designs, and to form all these wondrous structures we perceive around us; it is, in fact, if our present views be true, the most important force for us to consider in Nature.
As the term electrostatic might imply a steady electric condition, it should be remarked, that in these experiments the force is not constant, but varies at a rate which may be considered moderate, about one million times a second, or thereabouts. This enables me to produce many effects which are not producible with an unvarying force.

The advantage of this apparatus was the delivering of energy at short intervals whereby one could increase activity, and with this scheme I was able to perform all of those wonderful experiments which have been reprinted from time to time in the technical papers. I would take energy out of a circuit at rates of hundreds or thousands of horsepower. In Colorado, I reached 18 million horsepower activities, but that was always by this device: Energy stored in the condenser and discharged in an inconceivably small interval of time. You could not produce that activity with an undamped wave. The damped wave is of advantage because it gives you, with a generator of 1 kilowatt, an activity of 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, or 5,000 kilowatts; whereas, if you have a continuous or undamped wave, 1 kilowatt gives you only wave energy at the rate of 1 kilowatt and nothing more. That is the reason why the system with a quenched gap has become popular.
I have refined this so that I have been able to take energy out of engines by drawing on their momentum. For instance, if the engine is of 200 horsepower, I take the energy out for a minute interval of time, at a rate of 5,000 or 6,000 horsepower, then I store [it] in a condenser and discharge the same at the rate of several millions of horsepower. That is how these wonderful effects are produced. The condenser is the most wonderful instrument, as I have stated in my writings, because it enables us to attain greater activities than are practical with explosives. There is no limit to the energy which you can develop with a condenser. There is a limit to the energy which you can develop with an explosive.

In constructing my improved transformers I employ a length of secondary which is approximately one-quarter of the wave length of the electrical disturbance in the circuit including the secodary coil, based on the velocity of propragation of electrical distrubances through suc circuit, or in general, of such a length that the potential at the terminal of the secondary which is more remote from the primary shall be at its maximum.

In the creation of matter the generoactive, polarizing, centripetal speed which multiplies to create solids, begins with the zero at the first octave and reaches its maximum generoactive speed of 186,400 miles per second at carbon, which is the maturity of Creation. This is the increasingly fast speed which multiplies potential. It is centripetal. From there it begins its radioactive, depolarizing, centrifugal speed at zero and reaches 186,400 miles per second, just beyond plutonium at the amplitude point of the 9th octave wave. This is the increasingly fast speed which divides potential to assist matter to die. It is centrifugal.

Motion of matter is a result of disturbance of energy connected therewith. Is it not scientifically demonstrated , at least in theory, that if the motion of the spirit that causes the magnetic needle to assume its familiar position were really arrested in the substance of the needle, either the metal would fuse and vaporize or (if the forces did not appear in some other form such as heat, electricity, magentism, or other force) the needle would be hurled onward with great speed.

Modern research has opened new possibilities for the production of an efficient source of light, and the attention of all has been turned in the direction indicated by able pioneers. Many have been carried away by the enthusiasm and passion to discover, but in the zeal to reach results, some have been misled. Starting with the idea of producing electro-magnetic waves, they turned their attention, perhaps, too much to the study of electro-magnetic effects, and neglected the study of electrostatic phenomena. Naturally, nearly every investigator availed himself of the apparatus similar to that used in earlier experiments. But in those forms of apparatus, while the electro-magnetic inductive effects are enormous, the electrostatic effects are excessively small.

As far as we know, in an electric circuit nothing can actually be said to flow from one end to the other, but it is a "condition" set up throughout the entire length; and this length must form a complete circuit or ring, the shape of which matters little. Also, somewhere within this circuit, and forming part of it, must be placed the means of setting up this "condition" say, a battery or dynamo.

During my investigations in this line I endeavored to excite tubes, devoid of any electrodes, by electromagnetic induction, making the tube the secondary of the induction device, and passing through the primary the discharges of a Leyden jar. These tubes were made of many shapes, and I was able to obtain luminous effects which I then thought were due wholly to electromagnetic induction. But on carefully investigating the phenomena I found that the effects produced were more of an electrostatic nature.

It is through the disturbance of this oscillatory equilibrium, by means of resonant impulses, that Keely alters the relations of the vibratory impulses which constitute matter. This he does by striking the same chord in three octaves, representing the third, sixth, and ninth of the scale.
Of these, the sixth reduces the range of molecular vibrations or oscillations; and, by thus bringing nearer to each other the neutral centers, increases solidification.
The ninth extends the range of molecular oscillation, and thus tends to give greater tenuity to the mass. It induces "trajectile velocity" from neutral centers or "neutral radiation." Experiment shows that molecular dissociation does not take place until the molecule attains an oscillation approaching, if not fully reaching two-thirds of its diameter. This can be effected by means of the action of the "enharmonic" or "radiating" current applied to the mass, after its molecules have once been disturbed by an "introductory impulse;" that is, by the musical note above mentioned.
The third represents the "dominant," and when brought under the control of a harmonic resonant impulse induces a complete rearrangement of the modes of vibration and oscillation; in other words, will transform the mass either into its component initial forces, or into some other form of matter.
As all molecules and masses are mere centers of harmonized vibrations, temporarily held in suspension by simple laws identical with those of resonance, it follows that the se centers can be broken up or divided by certain orders of vibration impinging upon and disturbing them.
Each molecule of a given mass of matter represents the same harmonic chord or note in its oscillatory motion. The "chord of the mass" is, therefore, the chord of every molecule of the mass.
But the condition of absolutely stable equilibrium is theoretical only, and does not exist in nature; the chord of the mass is constantly changing. Yet we must learn to control this "chord of mass" by resonant induction, if we would gain command over molecular forces.
